About
I've spent my career working on systems where performance, reliability, and clarity matter. That perspective comes from engineering, leadership, and experience outside of tech.
Before software, I served as a Signal Officer. That work shaped how I think about problems: making decisions under pressure, communicating clearly, and owning outcomes.
Today, I lead engineering teams and spend most of my time thinking about systems—how they behave, where they break, and how small decisions compound over time. I care deeply about ownership and about going deep on the parts of a system that actually matter.
I'm increasingly focused on AI as a tool for building and understanding systems. Not just using it, but understanding what's happening under the hood and where it meaningfully changes how we design, debug, and operate software.
Outside of work, I spend time thinking about philosophy, investing, and family. Moving between different domains has consistently sharpened how I approach technical and organizational problems.
