I'm currently an Engineering Manager at Adobe / Frame.io, where I lead senior engineers across full-stack collaboration and platform systems. My work sits at the intersection of customer-facing product experiences, metadata architecture, operational visibility, and team execution.

Before management, I spent years as a frontend and full-stack engineer building collaboration tools, media products, commerce flows, and enterprise systems. I also served as a U.S. Army Signal Officer, where I learned the value of clarity, preparation, communication, and operational readiness.

I write about engineering leadership, AI, ownership, systems thinking, and the human side of building software.

Outside of work, I spend time thinking about philosophy, investing, and family. Moving between different domains has consistently sharpened how I approach technical and organizational problems.
